Interpretation Support

In Japan, where globalization is progressing, cultural barriers in business settings are unavoidable. Differences in greetings and business manners unique to overseas cultures versus Japan often become walls in communication.
We do not simply translate words; we deeply understand the business manners and cultural backgrounds of both sides. As interpreters and mediators (intermediaries), we fulfill the role of preventing cultural misunderstandings and smoothing the progress of international business.
Mediation Overcoming Language and Cultural Barriers
We deeply grasp the business manners and cultural backgrounds of both parties to resolve small misunderstandings or friction that occur on the spot. We provide support so that you and your counterpart can be truly satisfied and proceed with business on an equal footing.

Frequently Asked Questions
- QHow are interpretation fees determined?
- A
Interpretation fees are determined by travel time, level of expertise (technical, legal, etc.), and the type of interpretation (simultaneous or consecutive). First, please tell us the details of the meeting content and location. We will propose the optimal plan and present a clear estimate.
- QWhat information should I share with the interpreter in advance?
- A
For the success of the meeting, sharing materials in advance is the most important thing. If possible, providing the agenda, a list of technical terms, the titles of participants, and past materials will improve the quality on-site. We will handle this carefully after concluding a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
- QCan you accommodate the number of interpreters needed (up to how many people)?
- A
For short meetings, one interpreter can handle it, but for highly specialized meetings or meetings lasting a long time (such as over 90 minutes), we recommend a two-person system (rotation system). We will propose the optimal number of people.
- QIs online remote interpretation (Web conference) possible?
- A
Yes, it is possible. We have abundant experience in online remote interpretation. We propose the optimal method tailored to the conference system you use, such as Zoom or Teams, and we also carefully conduct connection tests in advance.
- QWhat happens to the fee if there is a sudden schedule change or cancellation?
- A
Regarding changes or cancellations, we charge a prescribed cancellation fee, but first, we will listen flexibly to your circumstances. If you contact us promptly, we will consider keeping the burden to a minimum.
