I am a second-generation Japanese born in Argentina, South America. Raised in a bilingual environment, I earned my master’s degree (majoring in Cultural Anthropology and Cross-Cultural Communication) at a local university, and subsequently engaged in Japanese-Spanish interpreting activities within the Japanese community in Argentina.
I came to Japan in 1997 and began working as a freelance Spanish interpreter and translator in 2012. After studying community interpreting and legal interpreting at Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, I launched a consulting business in 2023.
Rather than mechanical word-for-word translation, I utilize nuanced translations that clearly convey the true intent to the other party, providing support until mutual communication is fully established.
